Chestnut Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c chicken cooked and cut in chunks
- 1 c celery cooked 1 minute in microwave
- 1 c cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 small onion chopped
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 14 c sour cream
- 14 c bell pepper
- 14 c pimento
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 12 c sliced almonds
Directions
- Line a 3-quart casserole dish with 3 cups of cooked broccoli Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of broccoli
- Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and drizzle with 12 cup melted butter Bake at 350 for 50 minutes in preheated oven
