Chewy Bread

Ingredients

• 12 c butter melted
• 1 1 lb box light brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 c self-rising flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Combine butter and sugar add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
2. Blend in flour and vanilla
3. Add nuts and mix well
4. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until brown
