Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 14 c shortening
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 small or 2 large eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 34 c cocoa
• 12 c chocolate chips
• 12 c coconut
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream together butter shortening and sugars
2. Add vanilla and eggs
3. Sift flour salt soda and cocoa together
4. Add to creamed mixture mix until blended
5. Add chocolate chips coconut and nuts
6. Bake on greased cookie sheet until just set about 6 to 8 minutes at 325 to 350
7. Do not overbake
8. They will look a little raw until cool
