Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c cocoa
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c light or dark corn syrup
- 3 egg whites
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in corn syrup and egg whites until thoroughly blended
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1-inch apart onto nonstick cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes just until set and soft
- Do not overbake
- Cool on wire rack
