Chewy Chocolate Nut Cookies
Ingredients
- 23 c butter softened
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1 3 12 oz jar Macadamia nuts chopped coarse
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat butter egg sugars and vanilla at medium-high speed until fluffy
- Add flour beating on low speed until just mixed Add nuts and chips
- Chill 1 hour
- Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets
- Bake at 325 for 13 minutes
- Makes 2 12 dozen
