Chewy Mincemeat Bars
Ingredients
- 2 7 oz pkg Martha White apple-cinnamon muffin mix
- 12 c butter or oleo melted
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 c mincemeat
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine muffin mix butter and sugar blend until crumbly
- Reserve 1 cup mixture loosely packed Press remaining crust mixture into bottom of ungreased 9-inch square baking pan
- Bake 10 minutes
- Remove from oven cool 5 minutes
- Carefully spread with mincemeat sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over mincemeat
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on wire rack
- Makes 32 1 x 2-inch bars
