Chicago-Style Steak With Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

• 12 c A1 Chicago Steakhouse Marinade
• 2 Beef T-bone or Porterhouse Steaks 34 inch thick
• 2 Tbsp Butter softened
• 1 Tbsp Athenos Crumbled Blue Cheese
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped Green Onion

Directions

1. Pour marinade into sealable plastic food storage bag
2. Add steak turn to coat Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate
