Chicken-Broccoli Chowder
Ingredients
- 12 pkg Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes or 1 pkg Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
- 1 12 c thinly sliced carrots
- 13 c finely chopped onion
- 3 c water
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 c cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 12 c shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese in 3-quart saucepan
- Heat to boiling stirring frequently
- Reduce heat cover and simmer
- Stir occasionally until potatoes are tender 20 to 25 minutes
- Stir in cheese and chicken
- Cover and cook until hot about 5 minutes longer
