Chicken-Broccoli Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 c cubed cooked chicken
- 2 12 c cooked cut-up broccoli
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- 6 flour tortillas 7-inch size
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 tomato chopped
Directions
- Make mushroom sauce with the mushroom soup and milk set aside
- Combine chicken broccoli 12 cup cheese 34 cup mushroom sauce and 12 can French fried onions
- Roll up in tortillas
- Place seam side down in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Stir tomato in remaining sauce
- Pour over top of casserole
- Bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes
- Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions
- Bake uncovered 5 minutes
