Heat to boiling stirring constantly
Boil and stir 1 minute Stir in Mozzarella 12 cup Parmesan onion and spices Cook and stir just until cheese melts
Spread 14 of the cheese sauce about 1 12 cups in ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish
Top with 3 or 4 noodles overlapping if necessary Spread 12 the cottage cheese over the noodles Repeat with 14 of the sauce 3 to 4 noodles and remaining cottage cheese
Top with
chicken spinach 14 sauce 3 to 4 noodles and remaining sauce
Sprinkle rest of Parmesan over all Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
