Chicken-Corn Soup

Ingredients

• 4 lb stewing chicken
• 1 medium onion diced
• 2 stalks celery diced
• 3 medium potatoes cubed
• 2 small carrots diced
• 5 c fresh corn white sweet
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced
• 1 c flour
• 1 egg
• 14 c milk

Directions

1. Cover chicken with water and cook until tender
2. Remove from water cool
3. Cut into bite-size pieces
4. Set aside
