Chicken-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
  • 1 12 oz pkg wide noodles
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can peas drained
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes chopped
  • 12 lb Velveeta

Directions

  1. Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo
  2. First cook chicken save broth
  3. Bone and skin chicken
  4. Cut in bite size pieces
  5. Cook noodles in broth
  6. Mix all together until cheese is slightly melted
  7. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 for about 30 minutes
