Chicken-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
- 1 12 oz pkg wide noodles
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can peas drained
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes chopped
- 12 lb Velveeta
Directions
- Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo
- First cook chicken save broth
- Bone and skin chicken
- Cut in bite size pieces
- Cook noodles in broth
- Mix all together until cheese is slightly melted
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 for about 30 minutes
