Chicken-Rice Bake
Ingredients
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 3 oz can chopped mushrooms
- 1 c regular rice
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
- 1 fryer chicken
- paprika
Directions
- Stir together the mushroom soup milk onion mix and undrained mushrooms set aside 12 cup mixture
- Stir uncooked rice and vegetables into remaining soup mixture
- Turn rice into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Arrange chicken pieces on top
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken
- Cover tightly with foil
- Bake at 375 for 1 12 to 2 hours
