Chicken Acapulco

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts cut up and cooked
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c cream of chicken soup
  • 13 to 12 can diced green chilies
  • 14 Tbsp onion salt
  • 2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer chicken
  2. Melt margarine and add flour until smooth add sour cream until it just bubbles
  3. Add soup chilies and onion salt
  4. Blend well pour over chicken
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  6. Add cheese and bake until melted
  7. Serve over rice
