Chicken Acapulco
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cut up and cooked
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c cream of chicken soup
- 13 to 12 can diced green chilies
- 14 Tbsp onion salt
- 2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer chicken
- Melt margarine and add flour until smooth add sour cream until it just bubbles
- Add soup chilies and onion salt
- Blend well pour over chicken
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Add cheese and bake until melted
- Serve over rice
