Chicken And Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c chopped pimientos
- 13 c milk
- 12 tsp dried basil
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 2 c ricotta cheese
- 3 c chopped cooked chicken
- 1-12 c grated cheddar cheese divided
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese divided
Directions
- Saute onion and bell pepper in water over medium-high heat Add soup pimientos milk and basil and mix well
- Arrange half the noodles on the bottom of an 11x7 inch baking dish
- Spread half the soup mixture and half ricotta cheese over noodles Arrange half the chicken on top of ricotta
- Sprinkle with half cheddar and half parmesan cheese
- Repeat layers of the remaining noodles soup mixture ricotta and chicken
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and parmesan cheese
- Bake uncovered for 4 minutes
