Chicken And Crab Meat Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 broiler-fryer chicken breasts
• 12 stick Mazola margarine
• 14 c catsup
• 1 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 4 c bread cubes
• 12 lb crab meat
• 1 2 oz can mushroom pieces
• 14 tsp poultry seasoning
• 12 tsp seafood seasoning
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp Mazola margarine melted
• 12 c evaporated milk

Directions

1. Combine 12 stick of melted margarine and catsup split chicken breasts just enough to fold
2. Salt and pepper
3. Brush each piece with the mixture
4. Place the pieces of chicken in a shallow baking dish
5. Bake 1 hour at 350 turning and basting occasionally with the mixture
