Chicken And Dressing Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 pkg cornbread mix add 2 eggs and 1 13 c milk
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 14 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 c crumbled bread
- 1 cooked fryer or breasts
Directions
- Prepare cornbread mix with eggs and milk add celery and onion
- Bake 15 minutes at 450
- Crumble cooked cornbread mix in large bowl
- Add reserved broth salt pepper bread and seasoning
- Stir in chopped egg
- Spoon half of mix into greased shallow dish spreading evenly
- Arrange chicken pieces on top Spread on remaining dressing
- Top with soup and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
