Chicken And Ham Lasagna
Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 14 c butter
- 13 c flour
- 1 Tbsp minced dried onion
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 c milk
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese divided
- 3 oz can chopped mushrooms drained
- 10 oz pkg frozen asparagus thawed and drained
- 2 c cubed chicken cooked
- 6 oz shredded Mozzarella
- 6 oz sliced cooked ham
Directions
- Cook noodles per package directions and drain
- In a saucepan melt butter
- Blend in flour onion garlic powder and 18 teaspoon pepper
- Add chicken broth and milk
- Cook and stir until bubbly Stir in 12 cup grated cheese and mushrooms
- In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish layer half the noodles all the asparagus chicken Mozzarella and 13 of the milk mixture
- Top with ham remaining noodles and remaining milk mixture
- Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving
- Serves 6 to 8 or 10 to 12 on buffet
