Chicken And Noodles

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 pkg eggless noodles
• 1 small pkg mushrooms
• 1 small onion
• 1 green pepper
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• dash of garlic
• water

Directions

1. Boil chicken breast until tender
2. Remove from broth
3. Cook pack of noodles in broth
4. Saute mushrooms onions and green peppers in butter and garlic
5. Stir into noodles and broth
6. Add stewed tomatoes and cheese
7. Stir until melted
8. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch with enough water to make a smooth paste
9. Add to other ingredients
10. Serve with salad and rolls
11. Enjoy
