Chicken And Rice
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 c rice
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 12 tsp celery powder
Directions
- Boil chicken breasts cut up in medium pieces
- Set aside Reserve broth from chicken
- Put dry rice into a large covered heavy baking pan
- Add the soup to the broth and mix well
- Put cut up chicken on top of the dry rice
- Add all other ingredients and pour broth and soup mixture over the rice
- Bake for 1 hour or until rice and chicken is tender
