Chicken And Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 c long grain brown rice
- 6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken skinned
- Parmesan cheese
- slivered almonds
Directions
- Melt butter and add three soups and water
- Remove 1 cup of the mixture and reserve for topping
- To the remaining soup mixture add 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- Spread rice mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Place chicken pieces on top of mixture and top with the 1 cup reserved mixture Parmesan cheese and almonds
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
