Chicken And Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients

• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 can diced Ortega chilies
• 1 16 oz carton sour cream
• 1 pkg grated Jack cheese
• 1 pkg grated Longhorn cheese
• 1 pkg flour tortillas
• 4 to 5 skinless boneless chicken breasts

Directions

1. Cook and cube chicken
2. Mix together all ingredients except cheese and tortillas
3. Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of pan so they dont stick
4. Put 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla and some of the cheese roll and place in pan
5. After all are rolled up spread rest of sauce and cheese on top
6. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350
