Chicken And Sour Cream Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced Ortega chilies
- 1 16 oz carton sour cream
- 1 pkg grated Jack cheese
- 1 pkg grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 pkg flour tortillas
- 4 to 5 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Directions
- Cook and cube chicken
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese and tortillas
- Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of pan so they dont stick
- Put 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla and some of the cheese roll and place in pan
- After all are rolled up spread rest of sauce and cheese on top
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 350
