Chicken And Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 box stuffing mix
• 2 c cooked chicken
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 14 c oleo
• 14 c milk
• 1 c water
• parsley and pimento for garnish

Directions

1. Put stuffing mix in 1 12-quart casserole
2. Combine water oleo and contents of seasoning packet in saucepan bring to a boil
3. Pour over stuffing and mix well
4. Press some of stuffing up along sides of dish to create a hollow in center
5. Arrange chicken in center
6. Blend soup and milk together pour over chicken Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento if desired
7. Cover and bake at 350
8. Serves 4 to 5
