Chicken And Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 bag herb stuffing mix
- 4 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
- 1 c onion
- 1 c celery
- 1 c milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Saute onions and celery in butter
- Spray 9 x 13 dish with oil to keep from stickingLine bottom of dish with 1 cup of stuffing mix
- Cover with chicken pieces and cooked onion and celery
- Put another cup of stuffing mix over this
- Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over the entire dish
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
