Chicken And Tomato
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skinned and boned
- 2 14 12 oz cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp oregano or basil optional
- 14 tsp hot pepper sauce optional
- 14 c Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Bake covered 15 minutes in oven preheated to 425 drain
- Combine tomatoes cornstarch oregano and pepper sauce
- Cook stirring constantly until sauce is thickened
- Pour heated sauce over chicken top with cheese Bake 5 minutes uncovered
- Garnish with parsley if desired
