Chicken And Veg Medley

Ingredients
- 4 skinned boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 c water
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon or two cubes
- 12 tsp thyme leaves
- 14 tsp onion powder
- 1 c thin strips carrots
- 1 c thin strips red bell pepper
- 1 c thin strips summer squash
- 1 c thin strips zucchini
Directions
- Brown chicken in large skillet in oil
- Add water bouillon thyme onion powder and carrots
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients and cook with cover 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender
- Garnish as desired
