Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken breasts
- 1 box Uncle Bens long grain wild rice fast cook
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 lb grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Boil and debone chicken to bite-size pieces
- Set aside Prepare rice as directed
- Set aside
- Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft blend in flour soup and milk and add mushrooms
