Chicken Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 3 lb chicken cut into serving pieces
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1 16 oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 14 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 23 c chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp sherry
  • 14 tsp rosemary

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and paprika
  2. In skillet brown chicken in 4 tablespoons of the butter and transfer to a 2-quart casserole
  3. Arrange artichoke hearts between chicken pieces
