Chicken Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 3 lb chicken cut into serving pieces
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp paprika
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 16 oz can artichoke hearts drained
- 14 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 23 c chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp sherry
- 14 tsp rosemary
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and paprika
- In skillet brown chicken in 4 tablespoons of the butter and transfer to a 2-quart casserole
- Arrange artichoke hearts between chicken pieces
