Chicken Asparagus CasseroleA Good Company DishBeautiful Color

Ingredients
- 6 whole chicken breasts
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- 34 lb sharp grated cheese
- 12 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 2 large cans asparagus
- 1 c slivered toasted almonds
Directions
- Boil chicken in seasoned water onion and celery until done cool and chop
- Saute onions in butter and add remaining ingredients
- except asparagus and almondsSimmer sauce until cheese
- melts
- Toassemble
- place layer of chicken in large glass

- 13-inch casserole then layer asparagus then top with

- and almonds
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serve over rice
