Chicken Avocado Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 12 c cubed avocado
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 12 c cubed cooked chicken
- 1 14 c cooked Basmati rice
- 12 c finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 plus Tbsp low-fat sour cream
- 2 plus Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
Directions
- Four small to medium-size breast halves on a plate covered with plastic lid will cook in 5 minutes in microwave
