Chicken Baba

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 14 to 12 lb mushrooms
- 1 c Marsala wine
- 14 c sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Clarify butter
- Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper Brown chicken on both sides in butter over medium-high heat
- Add mushrooms cook about 10 minutes on medium heat
- Add Marsala cook about 5 minutes
- Place Mozzarella on top
- It will melt quickly and chicken is ready to serve
- Goes well with steamed rice
- Serves 4
