Chicken BakeLow Calorie

Ingredients
- 8 oz nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 c crushed seasoned croutons
- pepper to taste
- garlic to taste extra
- 2 pkg 6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs or 4 to 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Directions
- Mix plain yogurt small cup with garlic powder to taste
- Cut several chicken breasts into cubes
- Dip in yogurt mix and in wheat germ or oat bran that has poultry seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt Bake on a cookie sheet at 425 for 25 minutes
- Dip in honey mustard or barbecue sauce or yogurt with curry powder and sugar-onion powder
