Chicken Breast With Honey Chutney And Pears
Ingredients
- 1 29 oz can pears drained
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 Tbsp margarine
- 6 chicken breast halves boned skinned and trimmed
- 14 c orange juice
- 14 c honey
- 14 c chutney Major Grey
- 1 tsp curry powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine pears and lemon juice Melt margarine in skillet
- Add chicken saute Transfer to shallow glass baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients
- Pour over chicken
- Place pears and lemon juice combination on top
- Bake 30 minutes or until done
