Chicken Breast With Honey Chutney And Pears

Ingredients

  • 1 29 oz can pears drained
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 Tbsp margarine
  • 6 chicken breast halves boned skinned and trimmed
  • 14 c orange juice
  • 14 c honey
  • 14 c chutney Major Grey
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine pears and lemon juice Melt margarine in skillet
  3. Add chicken saute Transfer to shallow glass baking dish
  4. Combine remaining ingredients
  5. Pour over chicken
  6. Place pears and lemon juice combination on top
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until done
