Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 12 chicken breasts remove bones
- 1 c white wine or cooking sherry
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can white chestnuts
- 1 green pepper sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp oil
Directions
- In frypan place oil and then the chicken breasts boned Brown in oil salt and pepper
- Then place in casserole
- Mix 1 cup white wine or cooking sherry
- Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Cover with 1 can white chestnuts and green pepper
- Bake covered 30 minutes or until tender
- Usually cooked nearly an hour
