Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 2 c shredded cheese American
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 c water
- 2 tsp salt
Directions
- Cook chicken in 4 cups salted water until tender
- Remove from broth and debone
- Arrange in a baking dish
- Wash and cut broccoli
- Boil or steam 3 minutes
- Drain and arrange with chicken
- Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over all
