Chicken Broccoli Crepes

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 13 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 c all-purpose or unbleached flour
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth
- Lightly grease crepe pan or 7 or 8-inch skillet and place over medium-high heat
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into pan
- Tilt pan to spread batter evenly When crepe is light brown and set turn to brown other side Remove and repeat to make 12 crepes
