Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 5 whole chicken breasts
- 1 pt sour cream
- 2 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts or slivered almonds
- 1 small pkg Pepperidge Farm herb-flavored stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsp margarine for topping the casserole
Directions
- Cook chicken until tender skin bone and cut in cubes
- Mix chicken with other ingredients except stuffing mix
- Pour into casserole and sprinkle stuffing mix and dot with margarine on top Bake at 350 for about an hour
- Will serve 8 to 10 people
