Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 lb fryer
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 12 c celery
- 12 lb spaghetti
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c chicken broth
Directions
- Stew and bone fryer
- Saute in small amount margarine the onion green pepper and celery
- Cook spaghetti and drain
- Mix chicken vegetables and spaghetti together and add remaining ingredients
- Bake at 425 for 25 to 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Ingredients may be increased to make this a casserole for a crowd
