Chicken Casserole 2
Ingredients
- 1 can peas drained
- 4 large chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c water
- 1 pkg slivered almonds
- 3 to 4 slices bread
- 1 stick margarine
Directions
- Place drained peas on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish Spread chicken over this
- Make sauce of soup mayonnaise and water
- Pour over chicken
- Sprinkle on almonds
- Tear bread into small pieces and place on top
- Drizzle melted margarine over bread
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
