Chicken Casserole With Cheese Crescents

Ingredients

• 1 c celery sliced
• 4 eggs hard boiled
• 2 12 c chicken cooked
• 14 c butter
• 14 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp black pepper
• 2 c milk
• 1 sm onion sliced
• 14 c green pepper chopped

Directions

1. Chicken
2. Heat oven to 425
3. Arrange celery eggs and chicken cut up in ungreased 8x8x2 inch baking pan
4. Melt butter over low heat
5. Blend in flour salt and black pepper
6. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly
7. Remove from heat
8. Stir in milk and heat to boiling stirring constantly Stir boiling mixture one minute
9. Stir in onion and green pepper Pour milk over mixture and place in oven
