Chicken Cheese And Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
• 3 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 12 c cut up cooked chicken
• 23 c chopped onion
• 1 c milk
• 3 eggs
• 34 c Bisquick baking mix
• 34 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 12-inches Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw drain
3. Mix broccoli 2 cups of the cheese chicken and onion in plate
4. Beat milk eggs baking mix salt and pepper until smooth
5. Pour into plate
6. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 25 to 35 minutes Top with remaining cheese
7. Bake just until cheese is melted Makes 6 to 8 servings
