Chicken Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices Swiss cheese cut in half
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 thin tomato slices
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 12 c herb seasoned stuffing crushed
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- In 3-quart baking dish place chicken Top with cheese Stir soup and spread over cheese
- Top with tomato slices
- Mix margarine and stuffing
- Sprinkle over tomato slices Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink Serve over rice
- Makes 8 servings
