Chicken Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 cans Swanson chicken drained and shredded
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- pecans chopped finely
Directions
- Mix all ingredients add just enough mayonnaise to mix well Shape into balls
- Roll in chopped pecans until coated
- Serve with assorted crackers
