Chicken Continental
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 pkg Birds Eye Bavarian style beans and spaetzle
- 14 c chicken broth
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp paprika
Directions
- Saute chicken in oil
- Sprinkle with salt add vegetables and broth
- Bring to full boil over medium heat
- Separate vegetables with fork stirring frequently
- Reduce heat cover and simmer 3 minutes
- Combine sour cream flour and paprika
- Stir into vegetables and heat gently
