Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

• 6 medium chicken breasts boned and skinned
• 1 8 oz pkg Swiss cheese
• 12 lb Italian ham
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp paprika
• 6 Tbsp margarine
• 12 c dry sherry wine
• 1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 c whipping cream

Directions

1. Spread chicken breasts flat
2. Fold cheese and ham slices to fit on top
3. Fold breasts over filling and fasten edges with toothpicks
4. On waxed paper mix flour and paprika
5. Use mixture to coat chicken pieces
