Chicken Corn Soup
Ingredients
- wings back giblets and upper legs of a fryer
- 3 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 pt corn
- 3 ribs celery
- few flakes crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cover chicken with water salt and pepper and cook until done Take chicken out of broth to cool
- Chop potatoes onion and celery
- Add to the chicken broth along with the corn
- Add crushed pepper flakes
- Cook until done
- Pick chicken off bones and add to soup
- This can be used as is or thicken with rice noodles or rivels
- If you use any of these cook again until done
