Chicken DijonLow-Fat

Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 c Dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
  • 6 Tbsp nonfat sour cream
  • 3 oz Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and garlic powder
  2. Mix mustard yogurt and sour cream in a bowl
  3. Dip chicken in mixture and cover with mixture
  4. Place dipped chicken breasts in baking pan
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs
  6. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
  7. Makes 4 servings
