Chicken DijonLow-Fat
Ingredients
- 4 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 c Dijon mustard
- 6 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
- 6 Tbsp nonfat sour cream
- 3 oz Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and garlic powder
- Mix mustard yogurt and sour cream in a bowl
- Dip chicken in mixture and cover with mixture
- Place dipped chicken breasts in baking pan
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour
- Makes 4 servings
