Chicken Dill-Light

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 large onion cut into 14-inch wedges
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breasts cut into 12-inch strips
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 12 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 8 oz medium egg noodles cooked and drained
  • beef stew meat
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • celery
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 12 can water

Directions

  1. Bake covered at 350 for 4 hours
  2. Can also be done in crock-pot at low 8 to 10 hours
