Chicken Drummettes
Ingredients
- chicken drumettes
- 1 c oil
- 12 c soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken
- Soak for 5 to 6 hours or overnight
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Drain marinade and cook at 450 for 15 minutes
