Chicken Drummettes Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 13 c salad oil
- 12 c soy sauce
- 14 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 14 c sherry or white wine
Directions
- Cut large drummette sections from chicken wings and reserve rest for another use
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large glass dish or plastic bag
- Add the drummettes and marinate Refrigerate overnight
