Chicken Elegante
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c shredded sharp cheese
- 12 c cooking sherry
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in casserole dish
- Sprinkle with onion Mix soups and sherry
- Pour over chicken
- Sprinkle with cheese Bake at 350 for 1 hour
