Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 4 3 oz skinned boneless chicken breast halves
- 13 c ReaLemon lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 4 6-inch flour tortillas warmed
- 4 slices American cheese cut in strips
- chopped tomatoes shredded lettuce and sliced green onions for garnish
Directions
- In plastic bag combine lemon juice oil garlic and bouillon add chicken
- Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight Remove chicken from marinade
- Grill of broil as desired basting frequently with marinade
- Slice chicken into strips
- Place on tortillas
- Top with garnishes and cheese
- Fold tortillas
- Serve immediately
- Refrigerate leftovers
